Caroline County Senior Cafe Manager.  IMMEDIATE OPENING.

Must be self-motivated, energetic, excellent people skills, and warm demeanor. Ability to lift up to 50 LBS. Candidates must have basic computer skills and high school diploma. PT 3- 4 days/wk app 24-30 hours weekly. Prefer candidate with Food Safety Education, first aid, CPR are helpful but, not required. Spotsylvania County Resident Preferred. Background screening req. CARE NAVIGATOR/COORDINATOR.  IMMEDIATE OPENING

Healthy Generations AAA is seeking dynamic person who can work well in the hospital setting as well as in-home. Responsibilities to include in-home and telephone support to high risk elderly discharged from the hospital, creation and presentation of community education events, maintenance of case related documentation and creation of analytical reports, coordination with a variety of community partners in order to enhance service delivery and promote wellness.   Qualified applicant should have LPN or BA in Psych., Social Work or related field, minimum 1 year experience working with the designated population and the ability to work independently and with various computer programs.
